11-year-old Jason Ezzard were throwing a bag of chips back and forth, when Beverly Barnes approached the two and began yelling. According to a witness, “The nurse kept asking why he threw it. Was saying ‘huh, huh,’ then the nurse got made and pushed his head and was saying, ‘I will knock your lights out,’ and ‘I will f*ck you up.’”
